About Living Gourmet

Hi, I am Kim Billingsley a dedicated gardener, cook, crafter and someone who’s life’s philosophy is to tread lightly on mother earth, but to live the “good life”.  For me the “good life” is not having the most toys, but instead having great relationships, wonderful experiences, and time for all the things that are important to me.  I often ask ” is it a need or a want?”  and then if it is a want, do I want it or do I think society wants me to have it?
