Bring a friend come and spend a few hours cooking a 4 course dinner with an Asian Flair. We will cook and enjoy a meal together; you will leave with some great recipes, a full tummy, and having met some new friends. The recipes are great together for a special meal, or individually for a weekday evening meal, we’ll end our meal with homemade sorbet.

Come learn to make bath salts, bath teas and foot soaks. You will make samples to bring home and get a chance to try the foot soak. What a great way to relaz on winter afternoons. These are great ideas for gifts as well.

Growing, harvesting, and using lavender in cooking, and crafts. Lavender is a drought tolerant, low maintenance shrubby herb. It makes a beautiful addition to a yard or in a container. This class is hands on and you will make 2 craft items and have an opportunity to taste lavender baked goods, recipes included.

Inexpensive and fun, learn how to make spa products for your own use or give as gifts. salts, bath teas, herval soaks, scrubs, masks, creams, lib gloss can all be made from easily available products. Hands-on class, you will make, try and bring home samples and recipes.

Superbowl Sunday and Valentine’s day are just around the corner, surprise your friends/loved ones with a perfect pie! Don’t run to the store for an a refrigerated crust, learn to make ‘perfect pie crust’ then thrill your family and friends with delicious fruit pies and quiches. Bring your pie plate, rolling pin and small mixing bowl (1 quart size). Participants will make and bake a crust and pie crust cookies; plus you’ll leave with your crust ready to fill and recipe ideas too.

Lavender comes in many varieties, making it a very versatile plant. Lavender is drought tolerant, beautiful, and adds a wonderful scent to your garden. Some varieties are also an edible herb. Discussion will include the most common varieties and how to grow and use it in your garden. Class will include recipes and tasting opportunities for savory and sweet uses of lavender. We will make 4 lavendaer craft products for you to take home.
